On the Lotus Personal Showroom, we set out to design something that had no precedent - a conversational AI experience where every question triggers a live-edited video response, unique to the user. I led the UI, prototyping and UX, shaping an interface that had to feel seamless despite its complexity - blending conversational elements with high-quality video and audio in real time. A new kind of showroom, built from scratch. The project was recognised with seven Lovie Awards across four categories, a Bronze Lamp at the Dutch Creativity Awards, and featured in Fast Company's 2024 Innovation by Design Awards.
